Mothers Day & Kev's Birthday!

May 13th just happened to be quite a special day in the Hyland Family. It was Mother's Day, so of course we celebrated our amazing mom. But it also happened to be Kev's 18th Birthday. How could Kev be 18 already!?!?

 Brian & Lizanne came home from Nashville to celebrate for the weekend. It is always so much fun up at my parents house when all the kids are home. Everyone has a b/f or g/f so it's a blast to have all 10 of us together! Par-Tayy Time!

J is Moving to Cinci!

A few weeks ago we packed up J's condo and off we went to Cinci. It was so bittersweet packing up the condo and moving on to start the next chapter of our lives together. We had so many fun times in Indy, but I'm beyond thankful and so blessed that Jon decided to move to Cincinnati to be with me!

Easter Eggs & Jelly Beans

Happy Easter! This year we had a fun-filled family day for Easter. We started out the morning with a big brunch at my parents. Then headed off to Church. After Church we went back to my parents house for a relaxing family day to Celebrate! We painted easter eggs, went on an egg hunt, opened easter baskets, ate tons of yummy food and enjoyed all the quality time together!

Red's Opening Weekend

Thursday the Red's had their famous "Opening Day", so this weekend they had the "Opening Night" game. Shan, Bren, Mom, Dad, J and I all met down at The Banks new park. We enjoy the beautiful night with some good music, beers, hot dogs and of course good company! :)

St Patricks Day Mania in Chi*Town

This St. Patty's Day we spent in one of my favorite cities, and of course an irish meca.....CHICAGO! With the green river, green beer and street flooded with everyone decked out in green, there is no place I would rather be for this weekend!

We started the morning with a bar crawl that started downtown and ended up in Wrigleyville. Many green beers and cocktails were drank, dancing, countless punching bag duals and of course endless chit chat & fun times!

After running around the city all day Katie (my bff I grew up with in Chicago) and her hubby John brought us to the Bulls Game. What a fun way to finish the day. We had awesome seats and really enjoyed spending the time with Katie & John!

"Happy Birthday to You, Happy Birthday to Youuuuuuuuuuu....." And the Birthday celebration continues on! Today is J's real Birthday, so you know what that means....Time to CELEBRATE!! We had a fun night, just the two of us celebrating the past 29 years of his life and the next 29+ years we get to spend together. I love you more today than ever, so lucky to be your fiance! J's Birthday Weekend in Indy!

This past weekend we celebrated J's Birthday in Indy. His parents came in town for the weekend and we ate our way thru the weekend. Never can complain about that! :)

Friday night we went out to dinner to start the birthday weekend at Coopers Hawk, which is a wine bar right down the street from J's condo. They have their own winery so they serve their very own wine, which was simply delicous! The rest of the weekend was filled with wining & dining, lots of laughs and good company!
